Job Description

Job Brief:We are looking for an organized Store Keeper to manage our machinery manufacturing store. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end inventory, generate Purchase Orders (PO), and maintain daily inward/outward records.

  • Key Responsibilities:PO & Billing: Create Purchase Orders (PO), verify vendor bills, and update data in the system.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate daily logs of all inward and outward materials (Raw materials, tools, parts).
  • Documentation: Prepare Delivery Challans, Gate Passes, and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
  • Stock Audits: Perform regular physical stock counts and update the monthly stock sheet in MS Excel.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with production and purchase teams to avoid material shortage
