Job Description

Team Lead - FP&A

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports with variance analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling estimates processes
Track actual performance against budget/LE and identify key drivers
Develop financial models and scenario/sensitivity analysis
Monitor costs, highlight savings opportunities, and support cost optimization
Assist in cash flow planning and working capital analysis
Partner with business teams to provide actionable financial insights
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely financial reporting
Support management reviews, dashboards, and presentations
Adhere to internal controls, SOPs, and governance requirements

Qualifications

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification
5–7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Financial Reporting
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
Hands-on experience with Excel; exposure to SAP, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
Good knowledge of financial statements, P&L, and cost structures
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
