Key Responsibilities of Role    

The Deputy General Manager will play a pivotal role in spearheading technological advancements and operational excellence in the Construction Industry. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the integration of new technologies such as Digital twins, 3D printing, Robotics, and IoT or any other technologies into the construction processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge construction methodologies and practices
• Overseeing the assessment and adoption of emerging technologies to optimize project delivery and construction management
• Providing strategic guidance on the application of advanced technologies to achieve operational excellence and cost-effectiveness
• Championing a culture of innovation, excellence, and safety in all infrastructure projects

Experience

• 15 to 20 years of experience in the Infrastructure industry and implementing new technologies

Education Qualification

• BE Civil Engineering
