Job Description
Team Member - FP&A
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting, STRAP, AOP, and periodic forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, flash reports, and management dashboards.
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / LE) with clear business commentary.
- Support financial modelling, scenario, and sensitivity analysis for decision‑making.
- Track business performance against key financial and operational KPIs.
- Partner with BU stakeholders to understand drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data and reports.
- Support cost control initiatives and profitability improvement programs.
- Assist in automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to group SOPs, controls, governance frameworks, and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional degree.
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or financial reporting roles.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with Excel; exposure to SAP / BPC / SAC / Power BI preferred.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate numbers into business insights.
- Good stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail.
