Job Description

Team Member - FP&A

Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting, STRAP, AOP, and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, flash reports, and management dashboards.
  • Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / LE) with clear business commentary.
  • Support financial modelling, scenario, and sensitivity analysis for decision‑making.
  • Track business performance against key financial and operational KPIs.
  • Partner with BU stakeholders to understand drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data and reports.
  • Support cost control initiatives and profitability improvement programs.
  • Assist in automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to group SOPs, controls, governance frameworks, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional degree.
  • 7-9 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or financial reporting roles.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis.
  • Hands‑on experience with Excel; exposure to SAP / BPC / SAC / Power BI preferred.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate numbers into business insights.
  • Good stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail.
