Job Description

Team Member - FP&A

Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting, STRAP, AOP, and periodic forecasting processes.
Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, flash reports, and management dashboards.
Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / LE) with clear business commentary.
Support financial modelling, scenario, and sensitivity analysis for decision‑making.
Track business performance against key financial and operational KPIs.
Partner with BU stakeholders to understand drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data and reports.
Support cost control initiatives and profitability improvement programs.
Assist in automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
Adhere to group SOPs, controls, governance frameworks, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional degree.
7-9 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or financial reporting roles.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis.
Hands‑on experience with Excel; exposure to SAP / BPC / SAC / Power BI preferred.
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate numbers into business insights.
Good stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail.
