Technical Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solutions to businesses and government organizations. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate software products to clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with the technical team for successful project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Software/IT/B2B Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of software, SaaS, ERP, AI, OCR, RFID, or IT solutions is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
