Techno Commercial - System & IT

Responsibilities

• Manage all IT related procurement activities from HO and support TC team.
• Lead vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective procurement and service agreements for IT systems and subscriptions.
• Manage, procure and renewal and optimize IT subscriptions, ensuring alignment with the business unit’s operational needs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions into ongoing infrastructure projects, including HAM model initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and their applicability to infrastructure development.
• Support the TC Lead in achieving operational and strategic objectives through effective IT system management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in vendor negotiation and IT subscription management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT systems integration within infrastructure projects.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferred: Certifications in IT systems management or digital transformation.

Years & Type of Experience 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems management and vendor management negotiations.
• Experience in infrastructure development projects is highly desirable.

Domain Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of IT systems and subscription management.
• Understanding of digital transformation strategies in large-scale operations in RMRW business.

Digital & Operational Tools

• Proficiency in IT subscription management platforms.
• Experience with digital transformation tools and methodologies in TC department.
• Familiarity with project management software used in infrastructure development.
