Telecaller

We are hiring a skilled Telecaller with experience in handling IndiaMART and other B2B portals for Dhuni International. The candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries, converting leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART and other B2B portals
• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Experience in IndiaMART / TradeIndia / other B2B portals is mandatory
• Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp handling)
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
• Minimum 06motnh to 1 year experience in telecalling or sales preferred
