Job Description:

We are looking for a Tele Caller with experience in Banking Debt Recovery to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers regarding pending loan, credit card, or EMI payments.
  • Explain outstanding dues and payment options professionally.
  • Convince customers to clear pending payments within the due timeline.
  • Follow up regularly with customers and maintain call records.
  • Update payment status and customer responses in the system.
  • Coordinate with the recovery team for unresolved cases.
  • Achieve daily calling and recovery targets while following company and regulatory guidelines.
