Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our B2B sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our range of high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal extracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients such as pharmaceutical companies, nutraceutical brands, and herbal product manufacturers
Introduce and explain our Ayurvedic and herbal extract products
Generate and qualify sales leads
Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly
Coordinate with the sales team to close deals
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or B2B sales is preferred
Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic or herbal products is an advantage
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
