Job Description

JD Telecaller:

Key Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.

Provide accurate information about products/services.

Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.

Follow up on pending inquiries and inactive customers.

Collect customer feedback and share with the sales team.

Coordinate with internal teams when required.
