Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executive. The role involves communicating with customers, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

• Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.

• Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

• Maintain professional communication with clients.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing final year graduation.

• Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, & Gujarati.

• Proficient computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
