Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Executive (Telecalling)

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller / Sales Executive who can effectively communicate with potential clients and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong ability to handle sales over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain products/services clearly and generate interest
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain records of calls and customer details
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales
• Experience in customer handling and lead conversion
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English (preferred)
