About the RoleJMD Agrochem Industries is looking for a Telecaller who is confident in speaking with customers, organized in follow-ups, and interested in building a stable long-term career in a supportive work environment.

This is not a high-pressure target-based role. We value consistency, communication, responsibility, and a positive attitude more than aggressive sales pressure. If you enjoy talking to customers, handling follow-ups, and working in a respectful office culture where your work is genuinely valued, this role could be a great fit.

• What You’ll DoCall existing leads and customers
• Follow up on inquiries and pending conversations
• Take customer orders and pass them to the concerned team
• Maintain basic records in Excel / CRM
• Coordinate with dispatch and internal team for smooth order processing
• Build good communication with customers and maintain regular follow-ups
• What We’re Looking ForGood communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
• Basic English understanding
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone
• Basic knowledge of Excel / computer work
• Organized, polite, and responsible attitude
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply
