Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident female telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite and professional manner, and the ability to handle customer calls efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers, explaining our products/services, and maintaining positive relationships to achieve sales or lead targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM (e.g., Kommo or Excel).
  • Follow up with interested leads and close sales or appointments.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
