Job Description:

Best Motors Ahmedabad Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Female Tele Caller Executive to handle online leads, contact potential customers, schedule showroom visits, and support car sales. The candidate will be responsible for following up with inquiries received through online platforms, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers generated through online platforms such as OLX, CarDekho, CarWale, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and company website inquiries.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget.
  • Schedule showroom visits and test drives for interested customers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handling and sales closure.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to customer appointments and sales support.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional company image during all interactions.
