Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Travel Sales
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our travel sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, promoting travel packages, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a passion for the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote travel products and services.
- Sell holiday packages, trade fair tours, group tours, and customized travel solutions.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages based on their needs and budget.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, social media, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets set by the organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel services.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for booking confirmations, documentation, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in Excel and company databases.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare daily call reports, sales updates, and activity trackers for management review.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or travel sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel products is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or travel-related sales.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-centric approach.
