Job Description
📋 Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Making outbound calls to potential travelers (leads) and converting their interest into package bookings.
Consultancy: Explaining various travel destinations, itineraries, and inclusions (hotels, sightseeing, flights) to help clients choose the right package.
Customization: Coordinating with the operations team to create tailor-made itineraries based on client budgets and preferences.
Follow-ups: Maintaining a database and consistently following up with clients who have made inquiries but haven't booked yet.
Documentation: Guiding clients through the visa process, insurance requirements, and payment milestones.
🛠️ Required Skills
Persuasive Communication: The ability to sound enthusiastic and professional over the phone.
Destination Knowledge: Basic understanding of popular domestic and international travel spots (e.g., Goa, Dubai, Bali, Kerala).
Patience & Empathy: Handling queries about cancellations, delays, or pricing with a calm and helpful attitude.
Multilingualism: Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (like Gujarati) is often a major advantage for connecting with diverse clients.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or LeadSquared to track customer interactions.
