Job Description
Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Agriculture Telecaller to connect with farmers, agri-businesses, and rural customers to promote agricultural products/services, generate leads, and provide basic support.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall farmers and agri-customers to explain products (seeds, fertilizers, equipment, etc.)
- Generate and follow up on leads for sales
- Maintain a database of customers and call records
- Handle customer queries and provide basic guidance on products
- Coordinate with field sales teams for closures
- Conduct surveys or feedback calls in rural areas
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of agriculture (crops, fertilizers, seasons, etc.)
- Good communication skills in local languages (Gujarati/Hindi preferred)
- Ability to convince and engage rural customers
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
- Patience and listening skills
- QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Preferred: Background in Agriculture or related field
- Salary₹11,000– ₹12,000/month (depending on experience)
- Incentives based on performance
