Telecalling Executive

Job Location:Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Caller, Pre-Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, coordinating site visits, and supporting marketing activities to increase sales opportunities.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.
• Handle inbound inquiries from social media, property portals, and marketing campaigns.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives.
• Maintain customer databases and follow-up records in CRM.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Assist in digital marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with channel partners and clients for project updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Required Skills:Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Telecalling, or Marketing preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
