Lead Identification & Database Management

• Research and identify potential clients (government departments, PSUs, private firms) involved in tendering or procurement.
• Maintain and update a structured database of prospective clients with accurate contact details and communication history.

Outbound Calling & Initial Contact

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s tender consultancy services.
• Present the company’s offerings clearly and persuasively to decision-makers (e.g., procurement officers, directors, project managers).

Lead Qualification

• Understand the client’s requirements related to tender participation, documentation, and bidding support.
• Qualify leads based on their business type, tender activity, and interest level in consultancy services.

Meeting Generation

• Schedule appointments or online meetings for the field sales team or consultants with qualified leads.
• Ensure meetings are properly coordinated, confirmed, and recorded in CRM systems or internal trackers.

ustomer Service Orientation

• Handle client inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
