🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Generation & Qualification

• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients
• Build and maintain a well-organized prospect pipeline
• Ensure regular follow-ups

2. Appointment Setting & Deal Closure

• Schedule meetings (physical & virtual) with decision-makers
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to closure
• Send timely confirmations and reminders

3. Client Relationship Management

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Act as the first point of contact

4. Service Communication

• Clearly explain digital marketing & IT services
• Handle objections and queries confidently
• Communicate value propositions effectively

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in telecalling or inside sales (Open for freshers also)
• Preferably in digital marketing or IT services
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing)
• Basic knowledge of IT services, web development, and software solutions

Communication Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Languages: English, Hindi, or Gujarati
• Confident, persuasive, and articulate

Organizational Skills

• Ability to handle high-volume calls
• Maintain CRM records accurately
• Strong time management and multitasking ability

Location Requirement

• Must be based in or willing to commute to Makarba , SG Highway Area
• This is a full-time, in-office role (no remote/hybrid)

• Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
