• Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students and parents through phone calls.
• Explain the company's courses, programs, and services in a clear and engaging manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Address customer queries and provide timely support throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
