Job Description

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students and parents through phone calls.
- Explain the company's courses, programs, and services in a clear and engaging manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer queries and provide timely support throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
