Shelter4U Global Realty is hiring a dynamic and confident Female Real Estate Sales Executive to manage client inquiries, promote residential projects, handle telecalling, and convert leads into successful sales. The role involves both office-based telesales and client coordination.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✨ Make outbound calls to potential customers & explain property projects.

✨ Handle inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.

✨ Convert leads into site visits & sales closures.

✨ Guide clients through project details, pricing, offers, and financing options.

✨ Conduct follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.

✨ Assist the sales team in preparing documents & maintaining records.

✨ Promote residential, plot, luxury, and affordable housing projects.

✨ Maintain strong client relationships & ensure customer satisfaction.

✨ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
