Job Title: Tender Executive (Tender Sales)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting competitive bids, and managing the tender process to secure new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze tender opportunities relevant to the company's offerings.
  • Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals in response to tenders.
  • Coordinate with various departments (technical, finance, legal) to gather required information.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and follow up on their status.
  • Maintain a database of tenders and track progress and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends, bidding policies, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
