Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management

  • Search and identify relevant tenders through online portals, emails, and government/private websites.
  • Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents within timelines.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, production, dispatch, and management teams for required documents and approvals.
  • Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, and supporting documents.
  • Handle EMD, tender fees, BG (Bank Guarantee), and related documentation.

Commercial Activities

  • Prepare quotations, price comparisons, and costing sheets.
  • Review tender terms & conditions and communicate important points to management.
  • Follow up with customers regarding tender status, purchase orders, and payments.

Portal Handling

  • Work on Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPP Portal, e-procurement portals, and other tender websites.
  • Upload documents and ensure successful online submission.

MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain tender tracker and status reports.

Generate periodic reports for management regarding tender participation and results
