Travel Operations Coordinator

The Travel Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day travel operations and ensuring seamless execution of client bookings. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing customized travel quotations and detailed itineraries

• Coordinating with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel suppliers

• Checking availability, pricing, and booking confirmations

• Managing booking confirmations, vouchers, and travel documentation

• Assisting in execution of domestic and international tour bookings

• Ensuring smooth coordination between sales, suppliers, and clients

• Maintaining high accuracy in all travel-related documentation and communication

• Supporting process improvement and operational efficiency

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email communication, and basic computer applications
