Valuation Executive

Key Responsibilities

Site Inspection & Asset Verification

• Conduct site visits for valuation assignments involving:

o Land & Buildingo Plant & Machinery

• Physically inspect and verify assets.

• Capture site photographs and collect relevant technical and commercial

information.

• Verify asset details, ownership records, and supporting documents during site

visits.

Client & Bank Coordination

• Coordinate with Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, and

Corporate Clients.

• Collect valuation files, legal documents, property papers, technical information,

and supporting records.

• Follow up with clients and stakeholders for pending information and

clarifications.

• Maintain professional communication with clients and financial institutions.

Valuation Analysis & Market Research

• Conduct market research and collect comparable market data.

• Prepare Comparable Sales/Comparable Market Matrix for valuation assignments.

• Analyse market trends and supporting valuation parameters.

• Assist senior valuers in valuation calculations and assessment processes.

Report Preparation

• Prepare valuation reports for:

o Land & Building

o Plant & Machinery

• Compile site observations, valuation workings, photographs, annexures, and

supporting documents.

• Ensure timely submission and proper documentation of reports.

• Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with internal standards.

Back Office & Administrative Support

• Maintain assignment records and valuation databases.

• Prepare MIS reports and assignment status trackers.• Organize digital and physical files related to valuation assignments.

• Support senior team members in valuation, engineering consultancy, and

advisory assignments.

• Perform other office and documentation-related activities as assigned.
