About the Role

Race Digital is looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to join our team. The role will involve editing short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, YouTube, and client campaigns.

We are looking for someone who understands modern content formats, can work with feedback, and is willing to learn fast in a digital marketing agency environment.

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesEdit reels, shorts, ads, promotional videos, and social media content
• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Edit client videos as per brand guidelines and campaign requirements
• Add captions, transitions, effects, music, subtitles, and basic motion graphics where required
• Work closely with the content, design, and marketing team
• Understand client briefs and convert raw footage into polished videos
• Deliver edits on time and handle revisions professionally
• Maintain quality, consistency, and brand style across all videos
• Stay updated with social media trends, reel formats, hooks, and editing styles

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of reels, shorts, and social media video formats
• Ability to add captions, sound effects, music, and transitions
• Sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
• Basic motion graphics knowledge will be a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and complete work on deadlines
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred Candidate:

• Someone who has edited reels, ads, or social media videos before
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Open to feedback and quick revisions
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with deadlines
• Freshers with strong sample work can also apply
