JOB DESCRIPTION


Position: Wealth Manager


Location: Shyamal, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Head of the Firm

Number of Openings: 2

We are a rapidly growing Financial Services and Wealth Management organization focused on providing investment advisory, portfolio management, trading support, and customized financial solutions to HNI, UHNI, and corporate clients. The company deals in Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Commodity Trading, and Algo Trading solutions while helping clients achieve their financial goals through strategic investment planning and professional advisory services.

We are looking for experienced, energetic, and target-driven professionals who possess strong market knowledge and the ability to generate business opportunities within the wealth management and financial services sector.


Mandatory Requirement


NISM Certification is Compulsory

Candidates without a valid NISM certification will not be considered for this role.


Required Qualification

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

• Graduate

• Postgraduate

• Diploma Holder

• Technical Certification Holder

Candidates with additional certifications related to finance, investment advisory, stock market, or wealth management will be preferred.

Age Criteria

• Preferred age up to 45 years

• Candidates above 45 years may also apply if they possess 10–15 years of relevant industry experience and strong market exposure


Experience Required

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is mandatory

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

• Wealth Management

• Financial Services

• Share Market

• Investment Advisory

• Stock Broking

• Capital Market Services


Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong understanding of Wealth Management and Share Market operations

• Knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Commodity Market, and Algo Trading

• Experience in handling HNI, UHNI, and corporate clients

• Good understanding of trading activities and portfolio management

• Strong business development and client acquisition skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Professional approach towards client servicing and reporting

• Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques

• Corporate sales experience will be considered an added advantage

• Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability



Salary and Benefits

Salary Range

₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month

Key Roles and Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Understand client investment requirements and financial goals

• Provide suitable investment and wealth management solutions

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement


Business Development

• Generate new business opportunities through references, networking, and market connections

• Acquire new clients and expand the business portfolio

• Focus on HNI, UHNI, and corporate client acquisition

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets


Portfolio & Market Management

• Track and monitor client portfolios and trading activities

• Stay updated with daily market trends, industry news, and financial developments

• Provide timely market updates and investment-related support to clients

• Maintain awareness of Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Commodity, and Algo Trading market activities

• Maintain awareness of internal and external financial market activities


Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and departments

• Maintain professional communication standards

• Prepare reports, updates, and documentation as required by management

• Ensure proper follow-up and client servicing activities


Ownership & Performance

• Work with complete ownership and responsibility

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and targets

• Meet business expectations and performance benchmarks

• Target achievement expectation is 2X to 2.5X for incentive eligibility
