Zoho Inventory & Stock Executive

Job Role:

We are looking for a Zoho Inventory & Stock Executive to manage our daily stock operations and inventory system. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, handling inward/outward entries, stock reconciliation, and coordinating between showroom, warehouse, and online sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory using Zoho Inventory software

• Maintain accurate stock entries for inward and outward materials

• Track product-wise stock movement and availability

• Perform stock checking and reconciliation regularly

• Handle Amazon returned stock and damaged stock records

• Coordinate stock transfer between showroom and warehouse

• Update purchase entries and sales entries properly

• Maintain SKU-wise stock data

• Ensure proper stock arrangement and reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in Zoho Inventory is compulsory

• Basic knowledge of stock management and warehouse handling

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Understanding of SKU system and stock tracking

• Attention to detail and strong discipline

• Prior experience in inventory/store handling preferred
