Branch Manager - Retail
- Sales & Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed branch sales targets, maximize profitability, and control operational costs.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff. Foster a motivating environment and set clear performance expectations.
- Operations & Inventory: Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling, supply chain, merchandising standards, and inventory control.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure full adherence to local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal company policies.
