Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly responsible, mature, and experienced driver to ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of our passengers. The ideal candidate must be over 40 years of age, possess a calm demeanor on the road, and hold passenger safety and well-being as their absolute highest priority.
Key Responsibilities
Passenger Care: Act with the utmost responsibility towards passengers, ensuring a safe, smooth, and comfortable ride at all times.
Safe Driving: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, speed limits, and road regulations.
Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle exceptionally clean (both inside and out) and ensure it is always fueled and ready for use.
Punctuality: Arrive on time for all pickups and drop-offs, and plan the best routes using GPS or local knowledge to avoid traffic.
Assistance: Politely assist passengers with opening doors, carrying luggage, and loading/unloading items as needed.
Reporting: Promptly report any vehicle issues, maintenance needs, or accidents to the employer.
Requirements & Qualifications
Age: Must be 40 years of age or older.
License: Must hold a valid and current driving license with a completely clean driving record.
Experience: Proven experience as a personal, family, or corporate driver.
Demeanor: Must be patient, polite, reliable, and exceptionally responsible. No rash driving or aggressive behavior will be tolerated.
Health: Must have good eyesight and be physically fit to drive for extended periods.
Background: Must have clean background check and verifiable references from previous employers.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
