Job Description
Handle complete end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions
Source candidates through job portals, local networks, references, contractors, consultants, industrial areas, and social platforms
Build strong local hiring channels to attract manpower from nearby regions
Recruit for departments such as production, operations, maintenance, quality, warehouse, administration and more
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with department heads
Organize local hiring drives, walk-ins, and field recruitment activities
Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, onboarding, and documentation
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
Conducting Training sessions for all employees and building training systems
Improve employer branding and candidate experience
