Job Description

  • Process recharges and ensure timely and accurate application to user accounts.
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to connectivity, billing, and other service-related matters.
  • Provide clear and concise information to users about our services, plans, and promotions.
  • Document and track user interactions and problem resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Continuously stay updated on product features, technical specifications, and industry trends.
