Job Description
- Process recharges and ensure timely and accurate application to user accounts.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to connectivity, billing, and other service-related matters.
- Provide clear and concise information to users about our services, plans, and promotions.
- Document and track user interactions and problem resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and improve service delivery.
- Continuously stay updated on product features, technical specifications, and industry trends.
