Job Description
Market Expansion: Grow the merchant and retail footprint by onboarding new grocers, wholesalers, and local distributors.
Order Processing: Book daily retail/wholesale orders and ensure timely product delivery and stock replenishment.
Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with local retailers, manage day-to-day client service, and resolve complaints swiftly.
Sales Reporting: Track daily/monthly targets, monitor competitor pricing and activities, and report feedback directly to management.
