Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to handle complete IT sales activities with a strong focus on field sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling IT products and services and building long-term relationships with clients across B2B and B2C segments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities
• Promote and sell IT products and services to B2B and B2C clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and keep track of competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in Field Sales, preferably in the IT industry
• Strong experience in B2B and B2C sales
• Hands-on knowledge of IT products and services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively for field sales
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
