We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice) to handle customer queries through WhatsApp, chat, and email for our e-commerce business.


Key Responsibilities

• Reply to customer queries on WhatsApp/chat/email

• Share order status and delivery updates

• Handle product, refund, delay, and order-related queries

• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams

• Maintain customer conversation records

• Escalate important issues to the senior team


Required Skills

• Good English reading and typing

• Fast typing and WhatsApp Web handling

• Basic computer knowledge

• Polite and patient customer handling

• Ability to manage multiple chats
