Field Sales Executive

Kadwin Solutions is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base in the doors and windows segment. The candidate will be responsible for meeting architects, builders, contractors, and end customers to generate leads and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Visit architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors for product promotion

Generate new leads through field visits and references

Present Kadwin’s uPVC & Aluminium door/window solutions professionally

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct site visits and coordinate measurements with the technical team

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business

Follow up on quotations and negotiations

Track market trends and competitor activities

Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
