Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Officer – Sales

Job Summary:

The Field Officer – Sales is responsible for sourcing, generating, and closing loan

business for tractor, car, and commercial vehicle financing. The role involves

fieldwork, building dealer and customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales

targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new customers for tractor loans, car loans, and commercial vehicle

loans through field visits, referrals, and dealer networks.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers, brokers, and

channel partners.

• Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, and local area activities.

• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation

requirements to customers.

• Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, etc.).

• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing and

disbursement.

• Ensure timely login of loan files and follow-up for approvals.

• Meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Monitor competition and provide market feedback to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (preferred) / 12th pass with relevant experience

• Experience: 3 months to 3 years in sales (preferably in NBFC, banking, or vehicle finance)

• Skills:

o Good communication and interpersonal skills

o Strong sales and negotiation abilities

o Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation

o Ability to work in field and travel locally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in tractor finance, auto loans, or commercial vehicle loans

• Existing dealer or local market network

• Familiarity with rural and semi-urban markets
