Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Apps scripts, AI (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to manage, analyze, and present data effectively. The candidate will be responsible for preparing regular reports, maintaining databases, and providing insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and organize data from various departments.
  • Prepare Systems on Google sheets.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for data analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Generate performance, sales, finance, and operational reports as required.
  • Support management in data-driven decision-making by providing insights and trends.
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and report consolidation.
