About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and creative Female Website & E-commerce Admin to join She Slays, a fast-growing women's fashion brand. This is not just a data-entry role—you will play a key part in managing our website, showcasing products beautifully, and helping grow the brand.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, takes ownership of her work, and is genuinely interested in fashion and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website on a daily basis.
• Upload new products with accurate details and attractive formatting.
• Write engaging and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
• Edit product images and prepare them for website and social media use.
• Create simple banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
• Handle basic product photography and ensure images look professional.
• Edit short videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Assist in managing social media posts and content schedules.
• Ensure website content, pricing, and inventory information remain updated.
• Coordinate with the team to maintain a premium customer experience.
• Continuously suggest improvements to the website and online presence.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of image editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
• Good written English with the ability to create product descriptions.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Basic photography or mobile product photography skills.
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and social media content.
• Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
