Job Description
She Slays is looking for a responsible and creative Office Admin & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage daily office tasks and help grow our women’s fashion brand online.
The candidate should have studied digital marketing and should understand social media promotion, content planning, Meta Ads, and basic website management.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media accounts
- Plan posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional campaigns
- Suggest fresh content and reel ideas to increase reach and product sales
- Create and manage Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram
- Track ad performance, leads, website visits, and conversions
- Update products, prices, images, collections, and basic content on the website
- Reply to customer messages, comments, and enquiries
- Assist with order management and routine office administration
- Coordinate product shoots, content creation, and posting schedules
- Promote the business and help generate new customers
- Required SkillsDigital marketing course or relevant education
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of Instagram and Facebook marketing
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Basic website or Shopify management skills
- Good communication and computer skills
- Creative mindset with an interest in fashion and social media
- Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
ExperienceFreshers with digital marketing training may apply. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
Salary: ₹9,000–₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
