Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily order flow and ensure smooth execution of operations in our e-commerce business.



Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor orders from processing to dispatch

• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch

• Track pending, delayed, and priority orders

• Coordinate with warehouse, support, and logistics teams

• Handle basic order issues and payment mismatch cases

• Maintain daily reports (orders, dispatch, pending, RTO)

• Identify and resolve operational problems



Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Good computer skills

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks
