The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain various loan products such as personal loans, business loans, and home loans. The role includes identifying customer needs, providing accurate information about loan options, generating leads, and maintaining proper records of calls and customer details.

The candidate should handle customer queries professionally, follow up with interested clients, and support the sales team in closing leads. Good communication skills, a polite telephone manner, and the ability to convince customers are essential for this role. Experience in telecalling or loan sales will be an added advantage, but freshers can also apply.
