Looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Jio Point Manager (JPM) and Jio Point Assistant Manager (JPAM). The ideal candidates should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to drive business growth at the Jio Point.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

For Jio Point Manager (JPM):

• Drive overall business performance of the Jio Point
• Manage sales targets and ensure achievement of KPIs
• Lead, mentor, and manage the team effectively
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Handle operations, inventory, and compliance

For Jio Point Assistant Manager (JPAM):

• Support the Jio Point Manager in daily operations
• Drive sales and customer acquisition activities
• Coordinate with team members and channel partners
• Ensure proper execution of company guidelines
• Maintain customer relationships and service quality

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum Plus 2 / Degree (as per role requirements)
• Experience:JPM: 2–5 years in sales/retail/telecom
• JPAM: 1–3 years in sales/retail preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership qualities (for JPM role)
• Basic computer knowledge
