Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Telecaller (Sales) to generate business opportunities and support sales growth through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have experience in tele-sales, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and sales conversion. Preference will be given to candidates from the pipes, sanitaryware, hardware, building materials, construction products, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote products and explain their features and benefits to customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and end customers.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure timely customer support and order closure.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, or Sales Coordination.
• Experience in pipes, sanitaryware, hardware, building materials, construction materials, or related industries preferred.
• Strong sales aptitude and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
