Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and reliable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling online orders (Zomato, Swiggy, direct orders, etc.)
  • Managing daily purchases and inventory
  • Maintaining daily cash records and basic accounts
  • Supervising staff and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Maintaining service standards
  • Coordinating with kitchen and service teams
  • Handling customer queries and ensuring a good guest experience

Additional Expectations:

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets is a must
  • Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred
