Executive Assistant
Founder’s Office | High Ownership | High Execution
We are hiring a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder. This is not a conventional assistant role. You will act as the founder’s coordination partner — managing priorities, ensuring follow-through, improving execution reliability, protecting leadership bandwidth, and bringing structure to fast-moving operations
Key Responsibilities
● Manage founder calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities.
● Track tasks, deadlines, follow-ups, and accountability.
● Coordinate across teams and leadership.
● Prepare reports, summaries, and meeting notes.
● Ensure action items move toward closure.
● Handle operational coordination and communication flow.
● Improve workflows, systems, and operational efficiency.
