Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Aligarh. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and web-based platforms, to generate qualified leads and support client growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, and refining marketing strategies based on data and client feedback. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to align messaging, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall customer experience. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining marketing assets, and actively participating in internal meetings to contribute to ongoing campaign improvements.
