Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ​Daily Morning Reporting: Report directly to the owner every morning with structured summaries of sales, operational data, and pending priorities.
  2. ​ERP & Excel Data Summarization: Extract and simplify complex data from ERP software, Tally, and Advanced Excel to create actionable daily reports.
  3. ​Team Execution & Follow-up: Take instructions from the owner, assign tasks to staff, and strictly follow up to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  4. ​Operations Management: Maintain operational flow across businesses so daily management runs smoothly without roadblocks.

​Requirements:

  • ​Strong expertise in Advanced Excel formulas, ERP software, and financial/operational data summary.
  • ​Firm and effective leadership skills to manage staff and get work done.
  • ​High confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills.
  • ​Mature candidates aged 35 to 50 will be given preference.
